Dear Bev and Mike,
I am seriously very sad to read this, I have/had been a customer whilst I was living there, guess life goes on. I hope there are still some ways which would let you guys still do the best in market and let your repute even grow further...
I wish you all the very best!
Kind regards,

Oh, that is SO frustrating! I love Wayne Martin...they'll be really missed. Yeesh, everything's going so cheap-end nowadays, and their personalized service is tough to lose. The world is a poorer place for the loss (and they won't really be replaced...yeesh...)
Nicole and Mall-lover, here's some positive news about the lines of Wayne Martin Inc. Seems the reps of the lines are contacting other showrooms in the area to take on some of the lines. We have inquired and are interested in the display wings for fabrics.
We don't know if all lines will be taken on by others, and we are limited in Portland by the number of showrooms that are To The Trade or predominately interior design oriented.
We have looked at some of the lines and have made calls, but we only have a certain amount of room. That's the same as far as I know with Linde Ltd.
We may prefer to emphasize our own lines which we believe can pick up significant market share. Don't we sound like high tech companies: Market Share!
Maybe, John Thompson has plans to open his own store. He's a great guy. Never can tell.
